INTRODUCTION
The Fishermen Route starts in Arenas de San Pedro, taking the Martinete path and following Pelayos Old path. The route is about 9 km long, and it takes 4 or 5 hours.
When we cross over Pelayos Old Bridge, we can see exuberant plants next to the river.
On our way, we can find rocks such as granite and other metamorphic rocks (schits and gneis).
We can also see birds: Motacilla Alba (white wagtail) and Parus Caeruleus (blue tit). They are called "lavandera" and "herrerillo" in Spanish.
When we finish the path, we cross a footbridge over the river. Later, we will arrive at the starting point.
